All our dishes are prepared quickly and easily. The ingredients are pre-cut, and the fish requires a short cooking time, allowing
us to serve a large number of meals in a short time (3 to 5 minutes per dish) with a small staff. No fake fish here! We use whole fish fillets with a delicate flavor, combined with ingredients that enhance it without masking it.
Our burgers are served in soft buns that enhance the flavor. To preserve the taste of the fish, we use simple seasonings, accompanied by vegetables and homemade sauces inspired by the Mediterranean (olive oil, lemon, garlic, capers). For the breaded fish, we offer a lightly spiced sauce, melted cheese, and crispy onions.
