Bagels are wholesaled either as raw frozen dough (which the end user bakes as needed) or as Frozen thaw and serve products. End users can choose to use our Between Rounds name, or not (some Supermarkets market the bagels as their own-which is perfectly acceptable). Between Rounds bakery sandwich cafes' are quick serve restaurants (with or w/o drive-thru's) that offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and Catering services to individuals and Corporations. No limits are placed on the wholesale portion of the business which makes this ideal for an existing multi-unit operator looking to diversify or for a partnership of several motivated individuals.
