I don’t have personal experiences, but here’s the honest take from what people commonly report: franchise brokers can be helpful if you’re overwhelmed and want someone to narrow options fast and they’re usually free because franchisors pay them. But the catch is they only show you franchises they earn commissions from, so you might miss better opportunities outside their list. Helpful? Yes. Perfect? Not always.
