Is a business with recurring revenue always a better acquisition?
I keep seeing recurring revenue mentioned as a positive when evaluating businesses for sale. I understand why predictable income is attractive, but I’m wondering if it should really be a major factor when comparing two businesses. Are there situations where a business without recurring revenue could still be the better purchase?
